Here's how Priority Time works:
Priority Time software comes in two different versions. The "Audio
Version" and the "Serial Controller Version".
1. If you have a P.A. system: Priority Time software
is installed on a computer with a sound card which is connected to
the P.A. system. When it's time,
the software tells the computer to play bells or any sound you choose through the P.A. speakers.
Uses the "Audio Version".
2. If you have some type of bells, horns or
buzzers:
Priority Time software is installed on a computer with a serial
port which is connected to the Priority Time serial bell controller. The
serial bell controller is then connected to your existing bell system. When
it's time, the software tells the computer to activate the
bell controller and ring the bells. Uses the "Serial
Controller Version".
3. If you have church
bells: Priority Time software
is installed on a computer with a sound card which is connected to
the bell tower sound system. When it's time,
the software tells the computer to play chimes or any sound you choose through the
sound system. Uses the "Audio
Version".
4. Retail storecasting: Priority Time software
is installed on a computer with a sound card which is connected to
the store P.A. system. When it's time,
the software tells the computer to play any announcement or sound you choose through the
store P.A. speakers. Uses the "Audio
Version".
